I like the result. The floor is fantastic.
ReplyDeleteBye, Faby
No wonder you have been so quiet lately! I absolutely love what you have done to the courtyard! I like the idea of using granite to finish it off. The second picture really shows it off. Did you make the trees too? I'll bet you did. :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, but no I didn't make the trees, I bought them from Michaels to turn into fruit trees with polymer clay fruit.
DeleteHello Jocelyn,
ReplyDeleteI think you are off to a great start. The stone looks realistic int he pictures...perhaps adding "grout" lines between the stones might make it look more 3d. you definitely have the stone effect.
Big hug,
Giac
Thanks for the suggestion, I did add the grout lines and it does look more realistic now.
DeleteHi Jocelyn
ReplyDeleteI think you have hit your mark, it looks like stone you may have to fiddle with it a bit but from far away it's very real looking.

I was checking this on my Kindle and accidentally deleted it but YES, and thank you for the complement
ReplyDeleteHi Jocelyn. I am going to start highlighting miniaturists whose work I admire. May I put you on the potential list? You can email me if you prefer. I have trouble emailing from my computer because the default mailing program is not correct for me. Please let me know I would love to share your wonderful work.
Great idea! Thanks for sharing
